A refreshed and rebranded lgo identity perfectly captures its essence – simplicity, vibrant culture, and a lifestyle brand.

TASK

Create an updated logo and supporting visual identity to convey a clear message and establish brand awareness. I was tasked with designing a new logo system and a comprehensive visual identity package for the church. The new logo will be energetic and inspiring, creating a memorable and professional impression. It will be flexible enough to reflect the church’s identity while functioning well on signs, print materials, and online platforms. This logo system will accommodate various uses and instill a sense of pride in the community.

SOLUTION

People are the focus, and each visual element promotes love for each other and the local community. The church had no authentic brand recognition or identity. The new logo solved that critical concern.


The refreshed logo features a striking “V” shape that embodies boldness, spirit, and vibrancy. Simple lines and repetitive elements highlight the Vineyard name and imagery. The symbol works harmoniously with the wordmark, enhancing its appearance and flexibility. These two elements can function independently, providing greater possibilities through their simplicity.

RESULTS

The new identity reflects the brand’s essence, highlighting its commitment to growth, vibrant culture, and lifestyle positioning. The previous logo didn’t align with these values and failed to represent the expanding community.

PROCESS

We started by understanding the church’s goals and vision and researching their target audience and the brand image they wanted to convey. Any design concepts needed to avoid the typical imagery associated with wine, grapes, and vineyards, opting for a more unique approach to stand out and capture their essence. The first round of concepts presented didn’t meet their expectations or align with their goals. After considering their feedback, I made adjustments to the design.


The result was a simple, well-balanced, and visually striking logo that genuinely captured their spirit and mission, leaving a lasting impression on the community.

IMPACT
